Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-10 Hey, welcome to Playledger! These Terms of Service ("Terms") lay out how you can use our game, website, and everything that comes with it (we call that the "Service"). We're Playledger—that's us. By using the Service, you're agreeing to follow these Terms. If that doesn't work for you, just don't use it.
Use of Service
We're giving you a limited license to use our game and website for yourself, non-commercially. That's it. When you access the Service, you're agreeing to stick to these rules:
Lawful Use
Keep it legal. Whatever you do on the Service needs to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and you can't do anything fraudulent or unauthorized.
Account Responsibility
If you need to set up an account, it's your responsibility to keep your login info safe. Anything that happens under your account is on you. Let us know right away if something sketchy occurs or someone gets unauthorized access.
User Conduct
Just be cool. Don't harass other players, don't pretend to be someone you're not, and don't mess with the servers or networks that run the Service.
User Content
Anything you upload or post through the Service needs to follow our guidelines and can't step on anyone else's rights. Once you submit it, you're giving us permission to use it however we need to—we get a worldwide, perpetual license to reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content.
Prohibited Use
Don't try to hack the Service. That means no reverse engineering, no trying to break into systems, no modifying or disassembling anything. You can't use it for anything illegal or unauthorized, period.
Intellectual Property
Everything on the Service—text, graphics, logos, images, audio, software—belongs to Playledger or our partners. It's all protected by copyright and trademark law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We're giving you the Service as-is. There are no guarantees that it'll run without interruption, that it's totally secure, or that it's error-free.
Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages that come from using the Service. That goes for us, our employees, partners, and anyone else involved.
Governing Law
These Terms follow the laws of Canada and the United States of America.
Changes to Terms
We might update these Terms whenever we need to. If it's a big change, we'll give you at least 30 days to adjust before the new ones kick in. Whether something counts as a big change is up to us.
